Skilled General Operative

Role: Skilled / General Operatives required Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Interviews will be held on site. You must have the right to work in the UK. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilties Reporting to the Operative Supervisor Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances. Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements. Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently. Have the ability to learn new processes. Key Skills and Experience Desired experience within a precast manufacturing facility. Trained in a technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes. Ability to learn/read manufacture drawings. Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
