Skilled CNC Machinists

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinists to work on a full-time, temporary or contract basis in Great Yarmouth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC milling or turning machines
• Programming (online and/or offline experience beneficial)
• Manufacturing precision components to engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
• Working to tight tolerances
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous CNC milling or turning experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas, Mazatrol or other CNC controls is advantageous
