Job Title: Skilled Civils Operative Location: Caithness Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until December 2026 at least Hours: Monday 8am 7pm. Tuesday to Thursday 7:30am 7pm. Friday 7:30am 3pm. Rate: Negotiable We are looking for two local Skilled Civils Operatives for a temporary contract based in Caithness. Role Responsibilities: General groundworks Ongoing cable track works Working with machines dusting tracks and laying our mark tapes Installing spilt ducting at road crossings Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines What We re Looking For CSCS card essential Previous civils or construction labouring/groundwork experience. Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions Good understanding of site Health and Safety requirements.
