Skilled Operative x6 - BESS ProjectsLocation: Monk Fryston, North YorkshireProject: SSER BESS Site, Rawfield LaneStart Date: 15th June 2026Duration: Until 28th August 2026Positions Available: 6Hours: 45 Hours Per WeekWorking Hours: 07:00 - 17:00Rate: 28.50 per hourIR35 Status: Inside IR35Payment: CISWe are currently recruiting for 6 Skilled Operatives to support the delivery of a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Monk Fryston.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading energy infrastructure contractor working on a high-profile renewable energy development.Duties and Responsibilities:Civil works associated with BESS and electrical infrastructure constructionInstallation of ducts and cable routesCable pulling and cable management activitiesAssisting with trenching, reinstatement and general groundwork dutiesSupporting site teams with construction and installation activitiesGeneral site duties as required by the project teamMaintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental complianceEssential Requirements:Valid CSCS or CPCS CardPrevious experience working within BESS, substation, electrical infrastructure or major civil engineering projectsStrong understanding of site health and safety proceduresAbility to work effectively within a construction team environmentDesirable Qualifications:SHEA PowerFirst Aid at WorkSSSTSNational Grid PersonPrevious utility, substation or energy sector experienceThis role offers the opportunity to work on a ..... full job details .....
