This is a great opportunity to work within a high-volume, fast-paced production environment that prides itself on producing consistently high-quality baked goods.The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily production of burger buns, breads, and pastries, working with modern bakery equipment and maintaining excellent production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesBaking a range of breads and pastries to a high standardHand moulding, mixing, and oven workOperating machinery including mixers, conveyors, weighing machines, and moulding equipmentWorking collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operationsMaintaining hygiene, cleaning, and safety standardsMinimising waste while ensuring consistent product qualityCommunicating effectively with colleagues and supervisorsSector - Food Manufacturing Non-Negotiable RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience in a large-scale bakery environmentStrong experience in hand moulding, mixing, and oven workRequirements for the Skilled BakerHands-on approach with a willingness to learnStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to meet production deadlinesSelf-motivated with a high level of ..... full job details .....
