Role Overview We are seeking a proactive skilled arable operator who will have the autonomy to carry out the day-to-day operations on our mixed farm. Our farm comprises predominantly arable farmland with cropping including cereals, oilseed rape and potatoes. Alongside the arable enterprise we have a 40 strong herd of Hereford suckler cows. The farm also has diversified enterprises to include self-storage containers and a dog walking field. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach and be proactive to oversee all aspects of the farm work and assist with the livestock and other enterprises on the farm.
