We''re working with a highly successful St. James''s Place Partner Practice who are looking for an Employed Financial Adviser to join their team. You''ll step into an established client bank (Apply online only) clients depending on experience), backed by a leading paraplanning/admin support team, and the reassurance of a salary - with scope to grow into self-employment in the future if that''s your ambition. What''s in it for you £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Quarterly bonus scheme - hit your quarterly threshold and everything you write above it pays out at 30% uncapped. So one strong quarter could easily mean several thousand extra in your pocket. Annual servicing bonus - review 95%+ of your clients across the year and you''ll earn an additional 10% of those advice fees. Established client bank (Apply online only) clients to start with).
