Freelance Site/Senior Engineer M4 - Swindon Start: November 2026 Run Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site / Senior Engineer to join a new highways scheme on the M4 near Swindon. The project is due to hit the ground on 2nd November, with the main site works starting 16th November. The role: Initial 9-month phase, with a second phase to follow Embankment remediation and hard shoulder reconstruction New drainage and excavation works Working alongside own labour gangs Setting out, levels and profile checks Quality control, ITPs, as built records to National Highways requirements We are looking for an experienced Site/Senior Engineer with a strong highways, earthworks and drainage background.
