Site/Project Manager - Facades

A well-established construction and property services contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a fa ade remediation project in York, valued at approximately 1 million.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with experience delivering external envelope, cladding, fa ade remediation, fire safety, or refurbishment projects. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing all daily site activities from mobilisation through to completionCoordinating subcontractors, labour and material deliveriesEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, specifications and quality standardsMaintaining site health and safety and ensuring full compliance with company proceduresConducting site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetingsManaging client, consultant and stakeholder relationships on siteMonitoring programme performance and addressing any delivery issues proactivelyMaintaining site records, reports and project documentationRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishmentExperience delivering fa ade, cladding, external envelope or remediation projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management proceduresSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualificationsExcellent communication ..... full job details .....
