Site / Area Manager - Water Utilities and Mains Renewal Location: South LondonSalary: Up to £64,000 + packageJob Type: PermanentSector: Water Utilities / Civil Engineering The Opportunity Damicor is working with a leading utilities contractor experiencing significant growth across its Thames Water targeted mains renewal frameworks. Due to an increase in project workload, we are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers and Area Managers to support the delivery of clean water infrastructure and mains renewal projects across South London, North London and the Thames Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business delivering essential water infrastructure projects, with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to take responsibility for site operations and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of water utilities and mains renewal works. Oversee site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Monitor project progress against programme, identifying and resolving any issues that may affect delivery. Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation, quality standards and environmental requirements. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maintain productivity. Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal project teams. Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant project documentation.
