More About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a keen individual to join our Technical / Quality team as a Site Technical Manager. This role reports into the Head of Technical for Manufacturing. Come and join our high performance culture and help deliver excellence to our customers. As we continue to develop at pace, our food manufacturing business Myton Food Group, is requiring a passionate and experienced Technical professional to join the team. Our onsite technical quality teams play a key role in upholding our commitment to producing safe, high quality foods that meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards. As the Site Technical Manager, you ll: Deliver key site workstreams to ensure quality is at the forefront Identify emerging risks and issues, leading the development of mitigation plans for such risks Set direction for site Technical and Hygiene teams standards Direct and control the site implementation of Technical plans and budgets Create true cross functional relationships that are aligned and clear to all Work at a senior level across the site and develop new ideas to help expand the business About You As an ideal candidate you will have experience of working in a horticultural background, improving processes, analysing data, technical troubleshooting, plant and flower quality improvements whilst having a relentless focus on the needs of the customer.
