Acting as the main point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all external site audits, including customer, third-party, and EHO visitsManage, coach, and develop the site Technical teamAct as HACCP Team Leader, ensuring protocols are effectively implementedOwn and deliver the site''s internal audit programme, ensuring timely closure of non-conformancesManage customer portals, alerts, and communications in collaboration with the central Technical teamAct as the key contact for all customer technical and compliance mattersEnsure all products are manufactured to specification and under safe, hygienic conditionsLead investigations into out-of-specification results (microbiology, ATP, chemistry) and implement ..... full job details .....
