Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management Deliver excellent customer service on-site, acting as a company ambassador Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate Ensure full health and safety compliance at all times About You We''re looking for candidates with a strong engineering mindset and practical experience, ideally from one of the following backgrounds: Automotive / Vehicle Technician HGV / Plant / Forklift Engineering Agricultural or Military Engineering You''ll also have: Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience working in a field-based or customer-facing role The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule A full UK driving licence What''s in It for You 80% of this role will be based at one customer site, with the other 20% being ..... full job details .....
