The scheme, featuring structural alterations and general refurbishment works, commences mid August and will require a ticketed Site Supervisor/Manager to manage the day to day delivery on site including H & S, quality control and sub-contractor co-ordination. You'll also ensure that site diaries/records and kept updated and any potential issues are flagged and resolved.  In addition to having prior knowledge of residential conversion schemes, the usual SMSTS (or possibly SSSTS) & First aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front.  This is a short term contract of circa 6 weeks starting ASAP so if you're keen to know more, have the necessary skills and qualifications and are within commuting distance to Plymouth please forward your CV today!
