Site Supervisor (Working)

We are looking for a Working Site Supervisor to join our client in a mobile position covering the South East of the UK. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead site teams while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day installation, maintenance and refurbishment works. MUST have experience in both Water Industry and Aeration systems Salary and Benefits £20 per hour (£41,600 per year based on 40 hours) 40 hours per week, Monday Friday Door-to-door pay Company van and tools provided £50 overnight stay allowance when staying away Guaranteed 11 hours'' pay per day when working away Occasional overnight stays, planned in advance Full training and support provided Varied, hands-on work across the South East The Role Supervise and work alongside site teams and subcontractors. Lead daily site activities, allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Take a hands-on role in installation, maintenance and refurbishment works. Predominantly supervise specialist mechanical/process works, with training available for candidates without direct experience. Support domestic installation and servicing works at various points throughout the year. Complete site briefings, toolbox talks, inspections and documentation. Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, quality and productivity.
