Site Supervisor-Southampton Start: ASAP, contract ending March 2028Salary: Inside IR35, 40500- 45900 annuallyOnsite, may require overnight stay We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of domestic energy efficiency improvement and retrofit projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractor performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits, stakeholder engagement, quality inspections, and contractor management to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with programme requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)Ensure all works are completed in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015.Support the preparation, implementation and review of Construction Phase Plans.Review contractor documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Training Records and Competency Certifications.Conduct site inductions for new personnel and visitors.Deliver site-specific Toolbox Talks.Carry out Work in Progress (WIP) safety inspections.Ensure corrective actions are identified, tracked and closed within agreed timescales.Promote a strong health and safety culture and support Vision Zero principles.Report incidents, near misses and safety observations through company reporting systems.Quality and ComplianceMonitor ..... full job details .....
