They''re opening a brand new site in Milton Keynes, and this role is the first big piece of it. If you''d rather get stuck in than sit behind a desk, you''ll fit right in. The role You may be a Site Supervisor already, or a Senior Site Technician looking for a step up. You''ll run day-to-day site services, reporting to the Asphalt and Earthworks Operations Manager. Because the site is new, you''ll shape how it works from day one. Success looks like a full jobs board, a confident team and testing that''s right first time. What you''ll do You''ll: Lead a team of technicians, starting with four, and mentor them to Simtec standards Run the jobs board so every technician is booked, busy and on the right job Work with the quality team so all site testing meets client specifications Carry out site safety inspections and make sure everyone follows the rules Book and deliver training, including CSCS and HE passport courses Keep the site store organised, with kit calibrated, allocated and repaired Check vehicles, review driving reports and sort ..... full job details .....
