This large refurbishment project will be dealing with the completion of a full EPC upgrade (energy efficiency upgrade) for a multi storey office site. There will already be a Project Manager on site, but we need this site supervisor to deal with all of the sub contractors on site, monitor and report back on daily completed work, inspect the site daily, maintenance of the site, ensuring the work is completed to health and safety standards etc.The right person for this position will already have a background within Mechanical or Electrical maintenance or installation. They need to be holding a CSCS card (any level). They need to have experience working on a large commercial site preferably with MandE refurbishment experience.
