Site Supervisor

I am working alongside a tie 1 main contractor who are looking to onboard a site supervisor for an infrastructure and structures package being delivered in the Essex/ Suffolk region. My client operate nationwide across infrastructure/ civils and construction projects for both public and private sector clients. Site supervisor responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain progress and quality standards. Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all works are conducted in accordance with Highways England standards and specifications. Site supervisor requirements: Right to work in the UK. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. CSCS card. SSSTS/ SMSTS. First aid ticket. TWS/ TWC - Desirable.
