About the Role

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for a leading highways contractor on a major project in Bedfordshire. This contract role, lasting approximately 18 months, involves reporting to the General Foreman and supervising a team of 20–30 operatives. Responsibilities include delivering detailed toolbox talks, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld to support programme delivery. The position requires an SSSTS or SMSTS qualification with proven highways supervision experience and strong communication skills. The hourly rate is £26.00–£29.00. The successful candidate will start in the first week of February.

RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge.
This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.
