About the Role
The Site Supervisor position in Plymouth involves overseeing daily operations at a mineral processing plant, which includes crushing, screening, and washing systems. This long-term contract pays £28 to £30 per hour CIS, with a 4 on / 4 off pattern of 12-hour shifts. You will coordinate the workforce, manage site activities, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. I’m looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term project at a mineral processing operation in the Plymouth area.
The site incorporates crushing, screening and washing operations, so we''re particularly interested in speaking with supervisors who have worked within mining, quarrying, aggregates or similar heavy processing environments.
You''ll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating the workforce and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
The role offers:
