RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge.
This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.
££ The Role:

- Reporting directly into the General Foreman
- Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
- Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained
- Supporting programme delivery and site productivity

££ About You:

- SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
- Proven experience supervising highways projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to manage site teams and maintain safe systems of work
