Job Title: Site Supervisor - Reservoirs Job Purpose This role involves supervising day-to-day construction activities across clean water storage reservoir sites and water treatment works. The Site Supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all works under their control. To apply for this position candidates should have Full UK driving Licence and a SSSTS or SMSTS certificate. Key Responsibilities Operational Ensure successful and timely completion of site works to the highest health, safety, and quality standards. Plan current and upcoming work activities, ensuring labour, plant, and materials are in place. Build and develop teams to meet all project requirements. Manage and control labour, plant, and materials in line with programme objectives. Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring only trained, competent, and authorised individuals undertake tasks. Deliver briefings including start-of-shift talks, method statements, risk assessments, and toolbox talks, ensuring full understanding and compliance. Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved method statements and relevant risk assessments. Support the development of working methods and inputs for programme and method statement preparation. Ensure permits are fully completed, validated, and adhered to.
