The Site Supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all works under their control. To apply for this position candidates should have Full UK driving Licence and a-SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.- Key Responsibilities Operational Ensure successful and timely completion of site works to the highest health, safety, and quality standards. Plan current and upcoming work activities, ensuring labour, plant, and materials are in place. Build and develop teams to meet all project requirements. Manage and control labour, plant, and materials in line with programme objectives. Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring only trained, competent, and authorised individuals undertake tasks. Deliver briefings including start-of-shift talks, method statements, risk assessments, and toolbox talks, ensuring full understanding and compliance.
