As our renewables division continues to grow, we''re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to help lead our teams and ensure the highest standards across all projects.The RoleAs an Electrical Site Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across installations, maintenance and repairs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. You''ll lead and support a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage site activity, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical operatives, subcontractors and site activityEnsure all work complies with NICEIC, MCS and relevant electrical regulationsCarry out site inspections, audits and quality checksProvide technical guidance and support across electrical projectsMonitor health and safety, implementing safe systems of workReview and validate electrical certification and documentationPlan and coordinate materials, labour and resources to maximise efficiencyLiaise with customers, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryTrack performance, manage workloads and support continuous improvementMaintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentationAbout YouYou''ll be a confident ..... full job details .....
