We''re recruiting for an Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of cleaning and facilities contracts across West London, including Hammersmith, Shepherd''s Bush, Acton, Ealing, Chiswick, Kensington, Notting Hill, Paddington and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role offering the autonomy to manage your own region while leading frontline teams and maintaining exceptional client service standards. The Role You''ll be responsible for managing multiple cleaning and facilities management contracts, ensuring sites consistently deliver high standards of service, compliance and customer satisfaction. Working closely with clients and site teams, you''ll act as the key link between operations and service delivery. This is a varied role where you''ll be out on site, supporting teams, building client relationships, solving problems and driving performance across your area. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of cleaning and facilities management contracts across West London. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
