2 x Site Supervisors - School Projects (NEC4 Contracts) Sheffield (Apply online only) per day Start: July 8 WeeksWe''re currently looking for two proactive Site Supervisors to lead the delivery of upcoming school refurbishment projects in Sheffield, both running under NEC4 contracts.Start Date: Early JulyDuration: 8 weeksRate: (Apply online only) per day (CIS/Umbrella)Location: Sheffield (2 separate school sites) Site 1 - Works Include:Removal of asbestos-containing mastic around windowsScaffold access installationInternal enabling works (blind removal and protection, minor opening alterations, MandE prep)Reinstatement on completionWindow and door replacements Site 2 - Works Include:Scaffold erectionWindow and door replacements (main building and nursery)Roofing works (pending scaffold access - risk item)Fire alarm, door access control and intruder alarm upgrades What We''re Looking For:Proven experience managing live school sites or public-sector refurb projectsFamiliarity with NEC4 contractsConfident handling MandE coordination and working with scaffold/roofing contractorsProactive, solutions-focused attitude - these are live sites and need sharp oversightSSSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)Asbestos AwarenessThis is a great short-term opportunity for experienced site supervisors to lead essential upgrade works in educational settings with solid support and clear scopes.Interested?
