You will oversee night-shift delivery of highways drainage activities, ensuring gangs and subcontractors work safely, productively and in line with programme, quality and client requirements. Responsibilities Supervise direct labour, drainage gangs and subcontractors on night shifts. Coordinate daily works, labour, plant, materials and traffic-management interfaces. Ensure works are completed safely and in line with approved RAMS, permits and quality standards. Carry out site briefings, toolbox talks, checks and progress reporting. Monitor drainage installation, excavation, reinstatement and associated highways works. Liaise with the Site Agent, engineers, client team and supply chain to resolve issues quickly.
