Your new companyHays Belfast are working with a leading Civil Engineering Contractor who are hiring a Civils Site Supervisor and operating on a major rail framework within Northern Ireland''s transport infrastructure.In seeking to appoint a Site Supervisor, the company will offer competitive packages and have a strong pipeline of work, with a reputation for delivering high quality projects safely and efficiently. This organisation offers an excellent opportunity to join a well established team working on a long term framework that will require some night shifts so work can be carried out during shut down hours.Your new roleAs Site Supervisor, you will oversee ongoing site operations, ensuring all works are delivered to the required quality standards and in full compliance with Health and Safety procedures. You will manage on site squads, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
