Works are programmed to commence from w/c 8 June 2026 , with increasing gang numbers through late July 2026. Role Overview As a Grey Hat Supervisor (FLS / Foreman), you will be responsible for supervising a drainage gang delivering filter and carrier drainage works on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead from the front, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of drainage gangs on site Ensuring works are carried out safely, to programme and to specification Briefing operatives and operators, delivering task briefings and toolbox talks Coordinating plant, labour, and materials Maintaining site records and liaising with site management Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards Gang Structure You Will Supervise 1 x Grey Hat Supervisor (your role) 1 x Experienced Pipelayer (Confined Spaces trained) 2 x Experienced Excavator Operators (20-30T tracked machines) 1 x General Operative...
