Our client is currently seeking a committed and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis within the highways sector. The position will be based out of the Dartford depot, with primary responsibilities on-site in Bromley.Key Responsibilities:Supervising construction activities on highways projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standardsCoordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsMonitoring site safety and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followedMaintaining detailed and accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reportsManaging on-site resources, including labour, materials, and equipmentEnsuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and authoritiesProblem-solving and troubleshooting on-site issues as they ariseEnsuring that all site activities comply with legal and regulatory requirementsJob Requirements:Experience in site supervision, particularly within the highways sectorStrong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materialsKnowledge of health and safety regulations and site safety managementExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesProficient in using site management software and toolsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesValid UK driving licenceContract Details:Contract type: 6-month ..... full job details .....
