      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Site Supervisor - Surfacing    Matchtech are recruiting for a Surfacing Site Supervisor to come and work for a leading road surfacing contractor across Oxford. This is a permanent position that involves overseeing surfacing operations on various highways projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.  This position is paying up to -55,000 per annum   Key Responsibilities:    Supervising surfacing operations on-site and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards  Coordinating with site management, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution  Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials effectively  Conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control  Providing clear instructions and guidance to the site team  Preparing daily reports and maintaining accurate site records  Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on-site  Ensuring efficiency and productivity to meet project deadlines    Job Requirements:    Experience in surfacing operations within the highways sector, particularly with Highways England projects  Strong leadership and organi...</description>
