Grey Hat Supervisor (Drainage)We are seeking experienced Grey Hat Drainage Supervisors to support upcoming highways drainage works across two major schemes.Works are programmed to commence from w/c 8 June 2026, with increasing gang numbers through late July 2026.Role OverviewAs a Grey Hat Supervisor (FLS / Foreman), you will be responsible for supervising a drainage gang delivering filter and carrier drainage works on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead from the front, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day supervision of drainage gangs on siteEnsuring works are carried out safely, to programme and to specificationBriefing operatives and operators, delivering task briefings and toolbox talksCoordinating plant, labour, and materialsMaintaining site records and liaising with site managementEnsuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standardsGang Structure You Will Supervise1 x Grey Hat Supervisor (your role)1 x Experienced Pipelayer (Confined Spaces trained)2 x Experienced Excavator Operators (20-30T tracked machines)1 x General OperativeScope of WorksMajority of drainage works less than 2.0m depthSome carrier drainage up to 3.0m depthHighways / infrastructure environmentRequirementsProven experience as a Grey Hat Supervisor / Drainage ForemanStrong drainage background (highways or major civils preferred)SSSTS / SMSTS (preferred)Confident managing teams, plant and ..... full job details .....
