      <description>Location: Falmouth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our growing team at MARCH. Reporting to the Site Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:  Build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams, management, clients, and stakeholders. Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure works are delivered in line with project programmes. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all site operations. Liaise directly with customers and residents to coordinate access and schedule works within private properties. Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, safe systems of work, and site safety regulations. Take ownership of day-to-day site operations, including site-based procurement and resource management. Complete and submit weekly site reports and project returns accurately and on time.
