Site Supervisor - Solar Farm Construction

Location: West Kent
Contract: Long-term contract
Rate: Up to -340 per day

We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to support the construction of a large-scale ground-mounted solar project in West Kent.

You will work closely with Site Management and subcontractors to maintain safe working practices, construction quality and progress across the site.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Supervise subcontractors and site activity

• Ensure construction follows drawings and agreed specifications

• Monitor quality and workmanship

• Complete inspections and maintain site records

• Support daily programme delivery

• Monitor materials and site deliveries

• Raise and track defects and outstanding works

• Support safe working practices across the project

• Assist Site Management with reporting and coordination

Essential experience:

• Recent utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV experience

• Strong practical construction experience

• Civil, Electrical or Mechanical construction background

• Good understanding of UK construction HSE requirements

• UK driving licence

Qualifications / certifications:

• SSSTS

• Gold CSCS or Gold ECS Card

• First Aid certification

TWS / Temporary Works Supervisor experience or qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

We are particularly interested in Supervisors who can demonstrate hands-on experience delivering civil packages on large solar farms.
