The role will focus on the day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and construction activity, ensuring work is completed safely, to programme and in accordance with drawings and project specifications. Key duties: Supervise subcontractors and construction teams Monitor works against drawings and specifications Support site mobilisation and daily construction activity Complete quality inspections and identify defects Maintain accurate site records and daily reports Monitor deliveries and materials Assist with snagging and punch-list close-out Support the Site Manager with programme and site coordination Promote high HSE standards across the project Essential experience: Recent utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV experience Strong practical construction/site experience Civil, Mechanical or Electrical construction background Confidence supervising subcontr...
