Following the award of several new schemes linked to a flagship regional transport programme, they are seeking to appoint multiple Site Supervisors to strengthen their delivery teams. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site activities. Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and environmental standards. Manage labour, plant and subcontractors. Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records. Support programme delivery and cost control. Escalate safety, quality or resource issues where required. Promote productivity, best practice and continuous improvement. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within highways, structures or civil engineering. SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS Card.
