Join CCS and Help Shape the Future of Renewable Energy! Job Purpose: As a Site Supervisor - Retrofit, you will play a key role in delivering energy efficiency and retrofit projects across the UK. You will supervise on-site operations, liaise with clients and residents, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and oversee subcontractors and direct labour. Your work will support CCS in enhancing social housing with sustainable energy solutions. Key Duties and Responsibilities Site Supervision and Project Management Supervise retrofitting and energy efficiency projects within social housing, ensuring a whole-house improvement approach. Ensure projects adhere to Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and company health and safety protocols. Manage site inductions and support external audits and client health and safety audits. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and tradespeople, ensuring work meets CCS standards. Conduct on-site quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance. Client and Resident Liaison Act as the primary contact for clients and residents, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service. Work closely with the Contracts Manager and Resident Liaison Officer to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide technical advice and solutions where necessary.
