Company: Force Contracting Services Location: Heysham Nuclear Power Station, Lancashire (Head Office: Worksop, Nottinghamshire) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE) Salary: £20/hour (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets) About the Role Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced Site Supervisors to oversee civil engineering and groundworks operations at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, strong support, and clear progression into Site Management and Project Management roles. Duties: Supervising site operatives, subcontractors, and plant operators Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring programmes are met Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks Liaising with clients, site management, and project teams Monitoring productivity and maintaining site records Supporting delivery of civil engineering works Promoting a strong safety culture on site Requirements: SSSTS qualification Valid CSCS Card Previous experience supervising civil engineering or groundworks projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to organise and manage site activities effectively What We Offer: Permanent PAYE employment Consistent year-round work 28 days paid holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) Overtime paid at x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sundays Travel and accommodation ..... full job details .....
