This is a role for someone with strong experience in industrial and flat roofing and cladding, including Sika roofing systems, who can confidently lead roofing gangs, organise site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You will be expected to lead from the front, managing operatives on site with roofing works when required. Key Responsibilities Manage roofing gangs and subcontractors on site. Organise daily work areas and allocate labour effectively. Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines. Ensure roofing works are completed to a high standard and specification. Carry out quality inspections, snagging and remedial works. Coordinate materials, plant, MEWPs and deliveries. Liaise with site management, clients and other trades.
