Site Supervisor - Small worksAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver a pipeline of small works projects ranging from 50''000 to 380''000. Starting at the beginning of November. We''re looking to interview for the role next week.The client has a steady pipeline of work running into 2027 so long-term work is available for the right candidate.About the role of Site SupervisorThe company is an established construction contractor delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a dedicated small works team. An example of the works are small office space refurbishments, kitchen fit-outs and finishing works. You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered efficiently to the programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors, you will coordinate site activities, manage labour and resources and oversee the delivery of internal alterations and fit-out works. You may be in occupied building or live environments, so an ability to navigate responsibly in these environments is essential.
