Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and trades

Monitor site progress against programme and report any delays

Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations

Maintain site records, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site diaries

Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to ensure clear communication

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and waste disposal

Conduct quality checks and snagging to maintain workmanship standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in refurbishment or social housing)

SMSTS or SSSTS (required)

First Aid at Work (preferred)

CSCS Card (required)

Strong understanding of health and safety legislation

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to read drawings and method statements

Good IT and reporting skills
