As a long-standing member of the NFDC, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance across all our projects.Overview:M and M Demolition is looking for experienced Site Supervisors to provide essential support for the delivery of demolition projects across the UK.Key Responsibilities:Supervision: Directly supervise demolition operatives and machine operators to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Compliance: Ensure that all works are performed in strict accordance with site-specific RAMS.Communication: Deliver daily briefings to the site team to set expectations for the day.Safety Oversight: Continuously monitor health and safety to prevent incidents.Logistics: Coordinate site deliveries and manage the movement of plant machinery.Inspections: Regularly carry out site inspections to ensure standards are met.Progress Reporting: Report site progress and any issues directly to Site Management.Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of site housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.Best Practice: Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times by everyone on site.Requirements:Essential: CCDO Supervisor Card, ..... full job details .....
