Site Supervisor - Heavy Bulk EarthworksLower Thames Crossing ProjectWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team working on the Lower Thames Crossing project, delivering major heavy bulk earthworks operations.The successful candidate will have a strong background supervising large-scale earthworks activities and be confident managing site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Supervising heavy bulk earthworks operations, including cut and fill, excavation, grading, and material placementManaging site teams, plant operations, and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specificationsCarrying out site inspections, briefings, and daily coordination activitiesMaintaining accurate site records and supporting project delivery targetsEssential Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within heavy bulk earthworksExperience working on major infrastructure or civil engineering projectsValid CSCS Gold CardValid SSSTS qualificationEUSR National Water Hygiene (Unit 1 and 2) certificationStrong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirementsAbility to lead and motivate site teams effectivelyThis is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK''s largest infrastructure projects with a leading delivery team.Location: Lower Thames CrossingRole: Site Supervisor - Heavy Bulk ..... full job details .....
