Job Title: Site Supervisor (Industrial)
Location: South Birmingham
Rate: -38 per hour (CIS)
Working hours: Thursday - Monday 07:00 - 16:00
Contract Length: 3 - 6 months

We seek an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of a new industrial facility. Ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. The role involves managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations.
- Lead and motivate teams and subcontractors.
- Deal with deliveries and site access requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with external vendors and project managers.
- Maintain accurate site records.

Qualifications and Skills:
- CSCS Gold card Holder/SSSTS/SMSTS
- Proven industrial sector experience as a Site Supervisor in a CDM area.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering preferred.
