Are you an experienced Dry Lining Manager / supervisor looking for a new role?

TS Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Dry Lining Contractor seeking a Site Supervisor to support a Project Manager on a large commercial project.

What’s on Offer:

• £200 day rate
• Salary review after 2 months

• Option to start on a self-employed basis

Role Overview:

As the Site supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the dry lining and ceiling packages on a hospital project. You will oversee QA, and the organising of trades and labour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct labour and subcontractors, offering on-site technical support
• Quality Assurance (QA) uploading and evidencing work
• Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally
• Order site materials
• Conduct toolbox talks and uphold site health and safety standards
• Support the Project Manager

About the Company:

• Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor
• Works with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors
• Projects typically range from £1M to £4M+
• Focus on high-quality commercial builds

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid background in dry lining and ceilings
• Previous experience managing large commercial projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
• Ideally a former fixer with excellent on-site knowledge
• Proficient in IT and reporting tools
• Full UK driving licence
