Site Supervisor

Our Client, a large blue chip contractor are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations on a 10 year government refurbishment and new build project. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. SMSTS and First Aid qualified

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage the workforce on-site, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor project progress
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
• Implement best practices for health and safety on-site, promoting a culture of safety among all workers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
