Site Supervisor

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading renewable energy suppliers. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and manage installation teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience within construction, retrofit, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of insulation, solar PV, and/or air source heat pumps.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Health & Safety awareness and site management knowledge (SMSTS/SSSTS desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
