Site Supervisor

Freelance Site Supervisor Required Location: Distribution Centre Project Duration: 3 Weeks (with further work available for the right candidate) Start Date: Immediate Hours: Flexible 8.00am 5.00pm Pay: Negotiable We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a refurbishment project at a busy distribution centre. The works will include the installation of fire doors, fire alarms, and fire stopping, and we require a proactive individual who can effectively manage site operations and drive productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site teams carrying out fire protection works. Ensure operatives remain productive and focused on programme delivery. Monitor the quality and progress of all works on site. Liaise daily with the Main Contractor''s Project Manager. Provide regular progress updates to your Line Manager. Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety. Assist in resolving site issues and maintaining programme deadlines. Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Essential Requirements Valid CSCS Card. SMSTS qualification (minimum requirement). First Aid Previous experience supervising refurbishment projects. Experience managing fire door, fire alarm, or passive fire protection works would be advantageous. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work fronts. What We Offer 3-week initial contract. ..... full job details .....
