You'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, performance management and quality of works, ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong trade knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate and support a mobile workforce, delivering first-time fixes and excellent customer service.
